OPERATING POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice plus a 50% deposit for multiple services, extension services, color correction &/ or full Keratin Blow Out. Bridal services require a 50% deposit and 10 days cancellation notice. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to apply the deposit on file for payment of the service appointment.
Online Booking Cancellation Policy
Guests must provide a credit card to reserve an appointment with Karen Marie Salon online. A gift card will be issued to you for the amount of the service. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any service rescheduling. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to apply the gift card on file for payment of the service appointment.
Late Policy
Any client who is more than 15 minutes late, may have to reschedule their appointment for a later date depending on your stylists availability.
We want to be able to provide the best service possible.
Payment Policy
Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or personal check with valid ID. Tips are cash or check only.
Privacy Policy
As a privately owned and operated business, we understand the need for both security and privacy. All information gathered during your shopping experience with Karen Marie Salon is held in the strictest confidence. Your name, address, e-mail, and all other personal information will never be distributed or sold. All online transactions at www. karenmariesalon.com. and in person are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. We will never store your credit card information.
Refund Policy
Dissatisfaction with a service must be communicated and booked within one week of the service for a corrective service to be considered. Open products must be returned within thirty days of purchase for store credit. Unused products can be returned for store credit or credit card credit. No cash refunds.
All gift card sales are final.
CANCELLATION + LATENESS POLICY
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of great hair. However, in order to provide you with the best service, we require a credit card to hold all appointments and 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Missed appointments or failure to notify us within the 24 hour window will be charged the 50% service amount. Lateness will also be charged 50% of the service because of the negative impact it has on our other guests and our stylists.
